Drive Inn Movie Theater meet.

I stopped in tonight and talked with the manager of the theater (http://www.greateasterntheatres.com/sundancehome.asp) about getting some old car movies and letting us have a meet there. He seems to be interrested in the idea. He can't do anything mid summer since he is contracted to show certain movies, but come sept. he is free to show what ever movies he wants. I now have a contact so I need to email him a list of Movies we'd like to see. (I will get a list started from the old thread.) He says the old movies are sometimes hard to get and some are easy to get but in bad condition so the movies will take 2 or 3 weeks to get locked in. He is going to contact the other car club that holds a show there every summer and see if they would be interrested in having their meet the same weekend so he can spread out the cost of the movies. To get 2 movies it cost him roughly 500 bucks with shipping and rental fee. The other show is not normaly with car movies so this is a new idea. My guess is the other car club will be all for it.

The question is how many cars will we be able to bring counting TT members and friends of TT members? We will be at screen 2 and they can fit 400 cars back there. He is talking like if we can bring enough cars he can lower the cost of a ticket which I don't think is needed but hey if he wants to do it, so be it.

So is there a date in Sept. thats better than the rest? Also feel free to post movie ideas.
